Q: Are there any online programs that alphabetically rearrange any words?
I need to 'alphabeticalise' a whole list of words from A to Z. How can I do this - are there any online programs or sites that can do this - I have tried Microsoft Word - but it did nothing.

A: Microsoft Word will work, but the words have to be in separate paragraphs (lines ended with Enter keystrokes). Here's how: In Word versions prior to Word 2007 (Vista): 1.Select all the paragraphs. 2.Click the Table->Sort menu item (trust me!). 3.Set up the sort the way you want. 4.Click OK. In Word 2007: 1.Select all the paragraphs. 2.Click the Home tab on the ribbon. 3.In the Paragraph group, click the AZ↓ button. Hope that helps.

A: I haven't seen any online programs, but I did see an infomercial one day that peaked my interest since I have a 4 month old.

Q: Are there accredited Sonographer programs for online study? What about Radiology Techs?
I live in a fairly rural area and am looking to persue a career as either a Radiology Tech or Sonographer. I have an associates degree in communications so I was wondering if there are any online programs for certification without having to take the whole associates program again. All I can find for online schooling have to do with Associate of Applied Science Programs. Any help is greatly appreciated :)

Q: Why does my computer get slow when i download programs online?
When i download programs online my computer gets slower than before. I tried downloading then to different drives (like my d drive instead of my c drive). Is there any way i can prevent this.

A: I don't think there is any way of actually preventing your computer from getting slower when you download files. It's based on how fast your computer is. But, just to be sure, try to close any unnecessary programs that are open and see if that works.

I am involved in an online RPG and I can't really draw so I was just wondering if there were any "fill in the blank" kind of create a character programs online so I could let others know what my character looks like. I meant for an anime fanfic type RPG...

Q: What are some colleges with online programs that also have actual physical campuses?
I am looking for a distance learning program online to complete my degree, and am interested in colleges that also have well-establised brick and mortar campuses, for instance, the University of Massachusetts Amherst program, but not something like the University of Phoenix. Any places that specialize in degree completion, or are generous with the acceptance of transfer credits would be particularly welcome. Thank you!

A: There are many online programs that are offered from an actual College Campus. Although i dont know what type of program your looking to pursue, I can suggest a coupl that I have taken courses with. The University Of Maryland University College (Maryland) is an excellent online College. They allowed me to transfer in my entire associates degree and they offer many online specific programs. The great part: The college is part of the University of Maryland (quite reputable). The College is also Accredited by one of the countries top College "Recognizers". www.umuc.edu Another that is great is SUNY Empire State College (Saratoga Springs, NY) This college specializes in all types of education with online courses and independent guided study. Since the College is a part of the New York State SUNY program, the degrees are fully accredited and the tuition is very affordable: even for out of state students! www.esc.edu Basically, most institutions who offer online degrees have an actual campus. One thing I found when searching for an online college that has a campus is that they offer student loans and financial aid...like many campuses do whereas online colleges w/o these ask for a credit card form of payment for your tuition...If you can get the aid and loans...go for them rather than racking all the charges up on a credit card from a college that may not even be accredited. Q: what are the most profitable online affiliate programs or fields?
I current have spent the last 4 years advertising dialup internet access through online ads. I want to expand my business into new areas and fields. ISPs have treated me very well over the years. I'm positive there are other lucrative fields besides dialup and dsl to market online. I'm looking for comission based pay per signup like programs. Or different fields to consider. ANY advice would be helpful.

A: You may want to look into credit card affiliate programs. From what I have read they can be quite lucrative.

Any information is welcome, however, please state whether or not you have personal experience with this. I can 'google' schools but I am hoping to hear from people who are actually using online homeschooling programs. A: We use the K12 curriculum that is mostly delivered online. There is a lot of offline work also. It's not an "online HS'ing program" like you said, it's just a curriculum that happens to have an online component. We purchase it ourselves as independent homeschoolers. Some virtual schools use the K12 curriculum also. They are all public schools and so their students are public school (schooled at home) students. It's not "pure" HS'ing. The K12 virtual schools, since they are public schools, have state assessments just like other PS's. You can search the 'net for each state's virtual schools and see how they rank with the other schools in a state. As for my son, who's used K12 for five years, he scores in the 99th (and 99.9 for those that give that precision) percentile on all standardized tests. Last year he took the EXPLORE test from ACT and his composite score was better than 90% of 8th graders, who the test is made for. His science score was 99th percentile when ranked against the 8th graders. He was 8 at the time. So there's a statistic for you. :-)

Q: What international news networks stream their news programs online for free?
I used to have this international news channel on my TV, but it was cancelled, so now I'm looking online for international news broadcasters that put their news programs online to stream. So far I've found the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation), Deutsche Welle, and the RTE (Radio Telefís Éireann - (Irish News)). Anybody know of any other ones?

A: If you open Yahoo Search and pose this question out will come a long list of (about a hundred) online sources -some general and some specilised. Some of these sources even provide services in different languages to suit your convenience. I have myself checked some of these and found them quite informative. A: the windows movie maker that comes with windows xp records webcam. you must have your webcam installed properly so that windows movie maker can detect it.
