Q: What business courses can I do instead of a full time masters course?
I've done science all my life with little maybe high school experience doing any kind of business exam. I'm looking to go into management or anything like that. I'm in my final year of uni and im tired of full time education so when i do the course next year I want it to be part time, u know once a week kinda thing cos I wanna work and do other things too. Any suggestions welcome..
A: Business core courses no matter if its acntng, management, international bus they all have to take these courses and are usually but not limited to, business, micro and macro economics and accounting. I suggest you start with Business so you wont go into the hard stuff lke accounting at first. Very interesting field I love it.
Q: What is the difference between Masters in Management Studies and Masters in Business Administration courses ?
What is the difference between Masters in Management Studies (M.M.S) and Masters in Business Management (M.B.A) courses?
these courses are done after graduation. I heard that these courses are equivalent but how?
A: They are both degree you will never use unless you own a business.
Q: What business and system analysis courses should I take?
Hi, I have a bachlor degree in Business Information Technology which is a technical major (programming). According to where I live, it is a business environment where the programmer can barely find a good job opportunity.
So, I am thinking of taking some courses in business and system analysis. However, I don't have a clear picture about the courses.
(I am moving to business side) not trying to get a technical offer
A: according to my experiences, take a business project automatically understand the business because we press to resolve and finish the project

Q: Are business-related courses useless in the Philippines?
Are business-related courses useless in the Philippines if you don't have any business?
Also, are business-related courses hard? Are there a lot of mathematics subjects? What can you do with a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management?
A: No. You can still end up working in a corporate setting. They actually teach you both and its up to you to decide where to go after. But if you have a family business (like a lot of fil-chis) it's better to take of Entrep related courses.
I took up Business mgt in dlsu years ago. It is tough since you also have to study finance, accounting and yes a lot of math subjects (quantitative techniques, production mgt, economics). it doesn;t end there; we still took up subjects in law and human resource, important to any business
If you plan to start your own business, an entrep degree is the one for you. If you take it and decide to go corporate, no biggie. My former classmates in entrep went corporate and are now working for banks, mlc's and other corporations. I ended up with the family business
Q: Help! Any university business courses with little or no exams?
Hello,
I am in my last year of university in a business program and I am missing a couple courses for my degree and was wondering if anyone knew of any schools (online or residential) that offer courses in Basic Finance and/or Statistics that have little or no exam component to them.
I have been blanking out really bad in exams, but would still like to graduate.
Any suggestions welcome
Thank you!
A: Umm, not sure if I understand what you are talking about exactly (sounds silly), but my advice is to go on ratemyprofessor.com and read reviews on the available teachers, many times you can tell from the reviews how the teachers teach, if they give a lot of homework or tests, or very few, etc.
Q: how hard are higher level college business courses?
for spring 2008 i'll taking 4 classes which are, 1) business statistical analysis using spreadsheets, 2) operations management, 3) business ethics and responsibilities, and 4) global marketing. my question is how hard are these classes? will this be a tough semester?
A: Here's a tip to figure out how hard your classes will be. Find out the name of your professor then
go to
www.ratemyprofessor.com
There check out to see how other people rated the professor. If they say he/she is hard then i would switch to another class.

Q: Is there a difference between the courses Business Administration and Business Management?
What are they like, anyway? I'm deciding if it's a good idea to study that at uni. Will I be able to get a good paying job? What kind of job(s) can I get with that degree? Will I be able to work in the corporate world (I know I should get the MBA, but I still want to know)?
A: Bus Admin at my uni is more practical and for entry level positions for people who hope to move into middle management at some stage.
Bus Mngt at my uni is much more theoretical and aims itself at those already in management who wish to gain the theory behind the knowledge, skills and attitudes they already have.
Do the undergrad degree first, then see how you go with that. An MBA is much more full on and if you're not ready for it, then it might knock you about a bit.
Best of luck with it all.
Q: Is there a web site helps me to know what universities offer Electronic business courses in the United States?
A: try education.yahoo.com
Q: What business/engineering courses should I take?
I am going to be a freshman at UMass Dartmouth next year and I have some questions about what types of classes I should take because I have no idea whatsoever. I'm in the business school, so I'd major in some business thing. I'm really interested in doing something with cars, so I was thinking mechanical engineering. I just want to take the right classes in business and engineering so I can find decent jobs out of college. Thanks for any help.
A: Business and Engineering are two completely unrelated faculties, so you need to make up your mind real soon, or you'll be stuck in university longer than expected, because no courses in business or engineering coincide with each other, other than the general English and Math (if you're lucky - Business Math and Engineering Calculus are very different). Both degrees will take 4 years to complete, but I highly doubt you'll be able to do a double major in both, seeing as they are so different. So right now, you need to ask yourself which you're most interested in and pursue that. Both will provide you with a decent job/career after your graduate, seeing as they're both in demand
Q: How do I go about teaching English and Business Courses abroad?
A: For teaching English, and for this I am assuming that you mean that you want to teach English as a Second Language. All you need is a Bachelor's Degree in pretty much anything, and to be fluent in English. There are a whole bunch of firms that will help you do do this pretty much anywhere in the world that you want. If you just google ESL teaching firms, you will find a whole bunch of different groups.
If you want to teach Buisiness, then you will probably have to have at least a Master's degree in buisiness or something related to buisiness, and then you just have to look for openings that you are qualified for in various institutions all over the world. The same thing would apply if you wanted to teach English literature.
