A: Schools of Nursing In the United States, there are two nursing organizations that accredit schools of nursing: the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (ASN, BSN, MSN) and the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (BSN, MSN). Schools may choose which organization will accredit them and can have accreditations from both organizations. A: A mate used to work for BSM and you will be ripped off and treated like shit. There be no support and it cost shitloads for the franchise and you only get a crappy corsa to teach in. Said mate is no at AA and it costs him £150 less a week and he gets a focus and brilliant support. AA can teach you and will guarantee you a job at the end of it.

A: When thinking about entering an ultrasound program, you need not be concerned so much about certificate vs. degree. What is important is that you go to an ACCREDITED program, whether it is college or hospital based. An accredited program allows you to take your registry (licensing) exams upon graduation. Once you get licensed, you will never be asked about your schooling again. An employer does not care what route you take to get licensed, they just want you to have that license. Don't waste your time or money on a NON-accredited program. Upon completion and graduation from a NON-accredited program, you must work in the field of sonography for a full year prior to taking your licensing examinations. But, you will have a hard time finding an employer to hire you, unless you are licensed. I would suggest you observe an imaging department to get an idea of what ultrasonographers do daily. There is much more to it than scanning pregnant women. Most people have no idea how much is involved in this career! You can find a list of accredited schools in your area, by searching "diagnostic medical sonography" and your state at the following site. In fact, it can be difficult to get into u/s school without the RT license. There are many more choices for schools for x-ray in most states. The American Society of Radiologic Technologists just did a large salary survey, in 2007. Q: How many teacher training days should schools have?
My daughter is in reception class and since starting her school in September, as far as I am aware, they havent had a single training day. Each term they have broken up on a Friday and gone back on a Monday. All the other schools round here seem to be forever having training days... why doesnt my daughters?!!

A: Warning This kind of job is rapidly becoming obsolete. Decades ago, before mini computers and micro computers became widespread in the business world, there was a need in most every business for there to be a person to do the typing of documents, but in the modern age of e-mail, word processing, you talk it types, there are very few jobs open now adays for someone to perform the function of typing or secretarial. Many technical schools have classes in general skills associated with popular desk top computing products. But watch out ... there's more than one software package to do any given task, and they constantly get upgraded to new versions. Anyone doing hiring is going to want a lot more skills than being able to do text editing.

Q: Does anyone know of any dog training schools in Birmingham?
I live in harbourn and I would like to take my one year old bull terrier pup to classes. I have looked on the internet, and haven't found any close enough to me, I cant travel far as i dont have a car.

Any area is okay, as I'm willing to travel. I DO NOT WANT LINKS TO THE ABC, I am not an online class person, and I feel that that is a lazy way out. Also, you can only learn so much online, without hands on work. Any one know of any? Any suggestions? A: Amy, I would really just suggest you find yourself a good mentor. Some of the schools, even when the come highly recommended, aren't worth anything. I've met several people that have spent a good bit of money on training schools, and they could've learned so much more in their own backyard. Certifications in dog training mean nothing. Once you've mastered your craft, you get endorsed. That would be my suggestion. Good luck.

I want to become a trained bartender but I can not find any schools that train bartenders in Athens Ga so I need to find a good one online I guess and I wanted to find out which one is best and least expensive.

A: I wouldn't reccomend an online degree. Employers will surely frown upon it sicnce you won't be able to get the real world experience that is essential for this career. Look into a local college, or some type of bartneding school, There are many other options and certainly a college or program in the area that will grant the license required
