Q: How to make my school uniform look cool?
I'm stuck with wearing a school uniform.. It's a light grey polo shirt with greeny-blue bits on it & black basketball type shorts. Not very attractiveee.. What are some cool ways I can personalise the uniform & make it look cute? Or anything like hairstyles, makeup for school etc would be good too!

A: No not really if the skirt is pleated but yeah sure. It'll look better the other way around with a uniform shirt and blue jean skirt

Hey I go 2 a private catholic school. I have to wear a red, white and navy plaid skirt, a white button down shirt, tenna shoes and socks that go above the ankle. i also usually wear a red or navy sweatshirt. how do i make this uniform look cute?? what can i do to look better in this ugly uniform and to get a really hot boyfriend lol?

A: Ok, first lose the sweatshirtt, its not that cute its probably actually kind of manly. Then, roll/push up you sleeves so that they turn into 3/4 sleeves. Also, roll up your skirt once, but not more because then it looks a bit slutty. Also, you said that you have to wear socks that go above your ankle, so just push them down a bit, and if you're allowed you could maybe make a hole in them and then tie a little red ribbon to make them cuter. Also, accesorize!!!! Try some chunky red bangles, mixed with some silver ones. Also, try a long chain necklace, with a red heart pendant, u can usually find this at claires. And if you especially want to hide those socks, get some legwarmersss, theyre warm, comfy, and cute!!!

Q: What Kind of Privacy Shorts Work Best Under a School Uniform Skirt?
I need to know what type of privacy or modesty shorts I need to get for next year's school uniform. If u were going to go to a catholic co-ed school where they wear skirts a few inches above the knee (not too crazy high), are modesty shorts even needed? Are they more for modesty, or warmth??? What's the deal with modesty shorts in these situations?

A: Well, I wear them because I've taken more than my fair share of tumbles this year and don't need pervy little boys looking when I do. Also, I wear them when I wear a skirt because we get some chilly winters here, if that's not warm enough, try dark nylons or full length leggings As for what kind, I just wear spandex! A: First of all see how short your dress is allowed to go, and if it has a pice of fabric at the back with buttons tie that bit up so that it pulls in the dress to accentuate your waist and hips. If not, then try un-buttoning your top button so that you don't look too uniform or like a nun ;] Doing things with your hair is a great alternative to changing uniform. Try different do's -if you can't put your hair down, go half up half down -try different coloured ribbons -if they make you wear one coloured ribbon, try a differnt shade to stand out. -side ponys are great, coz you can wear them messy OR neat. Folding or rolling your socks down is good if you can't wear different shoes. Good luck! Hope i helped.

Q: How can i look great in my school uniform??
Im a 13 year old guy and i wanna look awesome for school. I go to an australian public school but our uniform is strict. Here goes. -plain white polo -grey pants -black leather shoes -green jumper Rules: accesorries are allowed however we are not allowed to wear non uniform jackets, hats etc. Hairstyles are allowed. Please dont give me the school is about learning crap as i dont care. I just need some tips on how to look great! Into the gangsta scene. Kinda chubby. Tall solid. Have an earing Shortish v cut hair with a tail at da back. (sounds bad but it i the in cut were i am now)

A: get the right size polo maybe try flipping up the collar wear a nice chain!!! spend big on the pants, NO pleats, proper fit, these and your shoes will make or break the look also spend big on the shoes, make sure they are comfortable cuz you will be living in them don't know what the jumper thing is but... get a belt that stands out like your chain oh yeah... look good... stay focused... after school it's like you never see any of those people again

I go to Catholic school. Everytime we have something there (even on the weekends) like club meetings, tutoring, and other things, the school makes us come in our uniform. I'm involved in a lot of things (and my friends are not), so it's common for me to be in my school uniform 6, even all 7 days in a week. And I'll admit, I'm lazy. I don't like to change if I have to. I don't mind changing into my uniform, but as for changing out, I always feel lazy about it. But my friends love going out to places (the mall, movies, etc) on the weekends, and sometimes after school. But they always go home and change. As for me, I do not change, usually because I have something to do, or do not want to. So now I ask you, is it okay to wear your school uniform like I do? To the movies, mall, out to eat, friends' houses, the park, and other places, even on the weekends, simply because I do not want to change?

A: i have the same type of uniform. i wear scarfs with my uniform cool headbands with a print that usally matches my scarfs. socks that match my uniform but have something added to it like a ribbion for instance or some type of print that shows when it is scretched . i wear like there brown ugly bucks so during the winter i wear my uggs instead.hope this helped.

A: A uniform can be very helpful. Dress code issues are virtually non-existent. Dressing for school is usually less expensive and certainly less stressful. Academic performance and discipline issues are improved. Uniforms tend to equalize the student body, effectively neutralizing some social problems, such as students of means bullying or ostracizing those who are not so well-off. In order for these benefits to work, there must be a true uniform. I know of a school that claims they have a uniform, but they don't really. Instead of specific clothing purchased from a few select sources, they require students to wear khaki pants and specific colors and styles of shirts from any manufacturer or store. So some kids are wearing logo-plastered name-brand apparel, while others are getting K-Mart hand-me-downs. The kids can tell the difference, and many of the benefits of uniforms are not in play at all.

Q: How to look skinnier in my school uniform?
I have tried wearing a slim suit but that didnt work do you know what I can do to look skinnier in my school uniform because my *chest area* is holding up the bottom of my shirt.

A: Buy a bigger shirt, then it wont look tight and as a result you wont look so big... sorry, but other than that, you wont be comfortable!

A: I wore a uniform for 4 years then had two years of no uniforms then 2 years of uniorms again and I don't have them now...

Q: How can you still look cute when you have to wear a school uniform?
They make us wear school colors only (red,white grey, or black.) polo shirts with the school name on it, we can't wear blue jeans, only kakhis or black jeans, no high heels are allowed only flats and tennis shoes, and we can't wear skirts of dresses. I really want to look cute without breaking the dress code. How can I spice up my uniform without getting in trouble with the dean?

A: I wear a uniform too, and actually its pretty easy to spice it up. First put your hair in a cute style and don't forget headbands. Paint your nails a cute color too. Find some cute necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets and put some of those on. Get a reaally cute pair of flats and a cute purse too. Your uniform will be poppin!
