Im looking for colleges that have good film programs, id prefer a 4 year university that isnt solely an art school. Ive heard USC, NYU and UCLA are great schools but i was wondering what other schools have good film programs? Northwestern and Carnegie dont have film programs. Neither does SDSU. An INFORMED answer would be nice

Have our schools and colleges become centres for indoctrination rather than centres for learning? Are our young people in school and colleges increasingly being subjected to evil ideologies like 'political correctness' which aim to regiment their minds and steal their individuality.

A: Yes they have, which is the main reason why we wish to homeschool our kids instead. We ain't sending them to Caesar for their education cause we don't want to raise Romans. They can learn to be tolerant and accepting way better at home than they can in public school, where nobody tolerates anybody and the slightest difference is fodder for the worst kind of teasing and cruelty. My children's hearts and minds don't belong to the system. I don't want them to be programmed.

It seams girls outperform boys in high school and in college enrollment rates,they are becoming an ever larger majority at most American colleges.What you think , who rule in your school , college ?

A: It seems obvious that women outnumber the guys these days. Some colleges are like 75% women. I've read that women now dominate at every level of education. They have even closed the gap in math. In a recent, national math competition the girls won the top two prizes. The gap favoring women will likely increase as time goes on. So the hard fact is that girls rule in school.

Q: What kinds of schools and colleges offer training to become an x-ray tech?
Public vocational schools? Private vocational schools? Adult schools? Community colleges? Any others?

A: Sometimes (although not so much anymore), hospitals used to operate schools of radiologic sciences as well. Community colleges have taken most of that over as have the vo-schools. They are the best bet.

I was just wondering what schools do with the notes. Do they call the office of the doctor? And if so, what kind of questions do they ask? thanks for the help.

A: They will call to make sure the note is legit and that it is not fraud. ss

I <3 Dancing, Singing, and Acting. Are there any good boarding schools for that? (In the US.)

A: Juilliard is a very good choice...private school...expensive, but definately worth it.

Q: Colleges that feel like boarding schools?
I want to go to college somewhere that very much feels like a boarding school. I've been trying to find somewhere small and close-knit that embodies the boarding school feel. A lot of colleges are large and impersonal, so I was wondering if anyone has been to or heard of a boarding school-like college. Thanks! I probably should add a few more details... I want to major in music education with a minor in library science. Also, I want to go somewhere in the south or in New England.

I just moved to Tacoma,WA . I would like to know where all the schools that offer recording arts classes are . I just moved here from Sacramento,CA where almost all community colleges offered these classes, I really need to take them .

A: Bates Technical College offers this program. Their main campus is in downtown Tacoma. I've had some friends that went there and they had a lot of great things to say.
